- Software Factory GmbH, based in Garching near Munich and founded in 1992 as a spin-off of the Technical University of Munich, develops custom-built, requirements-oriented, high-performance software solutions for large and midsize companies. Customers include automotive and mechanical/plant engineering firms (BMW, Bosch, Siemens, ZF, TÜV). Around 40 employees focus on individual software development, intelligent production systems and data-driven Industry 4.0 solutions. Long-time PTC partner (since 1994) specialising in Creo, Windchill, Integrity and ThingWorx customisation and integration.
